ah.. i remember it was valentine's day -- thursday 14th Feb 2008 -- i had dinner special Oyster BAr set menu it was a Valentine package offered by Gourmet Garage, Kemang which is the place i work ... since i joined, i have just tried my first time this Oyster menu. randomly saying.. before i joined in the management team yes i went to Gourmet retail and restaurant several times, at first really i had an idea that this place must be built by the owner who has such an idealist soul of culinary. and yes... one of the prove was expressed by Gourmet Garage "Oyster Bar" invention. yesterday was my first time enjoying the taste Oyster Japan and French.. and in valentine's day... i do fall in love to this "Oyster Bar". regardless whom i was having dinner with.... my valentine memory was not a memory for someone special... but a memory for my first time true culinary experience i have treasured passionately melted with my spirit. at first, i was interested to join this Gourmet Garage as it is in line with one of my passion... eating. ..yes... i do love to eat.. i do love to taste goof food, i do love to have memory of what i have tasted...... but yesterday on Valentine's day.....at first time also i do understand and deeply appreciate people like Gourmet Garage owners, or even ... jamie oliver ... why they are so amazingly consistent with what they want to present ... Culinary art, or good food, or cuisine.. is about true passion that relate to everyone's life... everyone's sense, everyone's taste, everyone's feeling, everyone's comfort and of course.. last but no least... everyone satisfaction....
regardless, i work in Gourmet Garage.. but as a person... my first true experience... "Oyster Bar" is truly recommended to everybody who has same passion or want to have same experience and satisfaction as mine.... please welcome and be ready to feel it yourself in Gourmet Garage....
